Today, my usual Thursday Respite, Jessica, the Worker and me walked to Malabar Beach for 3 hours. Vicky loves the FOTD journey and races all over the place after flowers.
Not so many today, my Bipolar is bothering me and I was a little uninterested. But we had a good day, managed to dodge the rain.
